Once complete and merged, this will allow fab to build a UEFI bootable ISO.
Closes turnkeylinux/tracker#2109(not yet)As of writing this only the 'gen-hybrid-uefi-bios-iso' contrib script has been added. It has not been well tested and will likely need some tweaks. Note that this script will likely want refactoring and/or parts moved to cdroots and/or
product.mk(see unusedrun-genisoimage-uefitarget inproduct.mk)It also doesn't make sense to support UEFI boot on the ISO until we also support UEFI install in tkl-installer.
