Fix: add missing checks to database inventory actions

Description

• It fixes #N/A
• Database inventory tasks and actions now validate that the target computer actually belongs to the requested group before returning credentials or running an action.
  The massive "run partial database inventory" action now checks the caller's rights and access to each target.
  The dynamic group item list now escapes computer names before display.
  Adding a computer to a static group now checks the user's access to that computer's entity.
