ExternalCompaction4_IT, but need clarification on what is expected and why cs4 was usedExternalCompactionMetricsIT.testMetrics. Previously, at the end of this test, it would wait for all jobs to polled off the queue, updated to try to verify that all compactors have completed all jobs by checking that each compaction meta data job files is 0. Probably needs to be fixed, unsure if this is the correct way to determine if all jobs have completed.
