Summary
This change removes commented-out duplicate middleware registrations from
backend/src/server.js.The active middleware registrations remain unchanged. This patch removes duplicate commented-out
cookieParser()and Express body parser middleware, keeping the middleware stack clean and easier to maintain.Bug: T431216
