serverInfo should be within Meta instead of serverDiscover result

Description

It seems like the MCP specs was updated to move serverInfo into the _meta field (https://github.com/modelcontextprotocol/modelcontextprotocol/pull/3002/changes). This change is not currently reflected in the python sdk v2.

The official schema seems to also reflect that (serverInfo was removed from DiscoverResult): https://github.com/modelcontextprotocol/modelcontextprotocol/blob/88191b9f574d67d553ea9372278a14e09d762f55/schema/draft/schema.ts#L678

Yep good find! I've got a local branch to work on this, unfortunately it's a little trickier than just a simple schema change as it requires new stamping logic throughout the code 🙃
