Could you clarify if downloading a new V2 snapshot is mandatory? Will a direct in-place binary/image upgrade fail if the database isn't updated?
Also, for an archive node, how long does running base-reth-node db migrate-v2 locally usually take compared to downloading the new snapshot? Thanks for your help!
