Toggle for compact toolbar key layout

Is your feature request related to a problem?
Updated from 3.9.9 to 4.0.1 and now the toolbar keys are spread out. It is distracting and some keys are now hard to reach.

Describe the solution you'd like
A toggle to bring back the old layout.

Use case
I would enable the toggle so I could use all the toolbar keys with one hand, easier to navigate.

Alternatives considered
Downgrading.

Update:

Clipboard toolbar keys are right-aligned. It could be made consistent with regular toolbar, or provided another toggle.

No need for a screenshot. There is a different toolbar for the clipboard (clipboard is the tab/page that contains copied items). The toolbar keys for that tab are right-aligned.

And I suggested keeping the toolbar alignment for different tabs consistent/customizable, as an addition to my previous request.
