Support for import?

It looks like y'all are going down the path of supporting commonjs require syntax, which is great, I was wondering if there was a plan to support import syntax as well?

The long-term plan(desire) is to support a flavour of import where JS import can import either JS or Python modules, and vice-versa in Python-land.

require() is a much smaller lift with zero risk that gets us to the point of being able to write useful code, so it was done first.
